I am also planning this also, I am also addicted to Pepsi, but I always work under sunlight and sweat, but I have to reduce it very very very soon. Pepsi charm is very strong on me.

Thanks bro. I'm happy I took the decision now that I'm still in my 20s. I'm 27 precisely. Today is Day 2. My two drinks are now tigernut drink and water. I've made arrangements for 7 bottles of tigernut drink weekly. I have water in my fridge. What's your opinion about this?

Actually.... I think that's very good for now since tigerrnut reduces blood sugar level. How long to continue on one a day... no idea. Most I can say is do a blood sugar test and monitor it going forward.

You can make use of this product to reduce it sugar content (not only Pepsi but every other drink) by just placing the plastic drink or glass of drink on it for just 5 minutes.
You can drink more than 2 bottles without side effects

Good evening Nairalanders. So, I've been a chronic Pepsi addict over the years. I usually take two plastic bottles daily. One during breakfast, and one at night.

I usually take it alongside rice, noodles, any food eaten with spoon. I'm 27. Three years from now, I'll be 30, meaning I'm on my way to middle age.

I've decided to stop drinking it. It's hard but I will try. I now take my food with very chilled water.

I need tips on how to win the fight over my addiction to Pepsi. Today is Day 1. I'm writing this post by 11:30pm, and I've not taken any Pepsi today.

Remember these:
You may develop high blood sugar if you continue drinking it.

You may become diabetic. This means that you'll be asked to avoid so many food. You'll spend all your money buying drugs to sustain your health. You may die out of d sickness.

You may get erection problem and your wife may not endure it and she'll be meeting another man to get satisfied sexually.
You may develop serious eye problem and become blind. That is the worst sickness.

To much sugar will weaken your body. Your bone will become so weak and may cause you arthritis. Your teeth will become brittle and start breaking. You'll have a very awful dentition that you'll not be proud to open your mouth in the public.

Do you know that 1 bottle of that drink has about 9 cubes of sugar in it. You takes 2 everyday. That is 18 cubes of sugar everyday. This is outside other sugary foods you takes daily.

My dear run fit your life oo.

Its a nice move bro. I'm also addicted to biggie apple after I had been addicted to Teem for years. I drank two to three per day sometimes and I don't think I will ever give up soon and u believe miracle will happen. If I open the store I use to store soft drink plastics mehn you go run. I can snap them if you mind bro. When I was so addicted to teem ehn I can drink in the morning afternoon and night. But right now that I'm addicted to biggie apple, I use to buy two in the night alone just to eat. The only thing that I believe can make me to leave biggie apple for days might be when I'm broke. As I see any money like this during the day I will always budget biggie apple money for that day..though, sometimes when I have much money like 7 or 10k in my account I can go for hollandia yoghurt just to enjoy myself for like two days but when my account is getting lower Biggie apple himself will call me back. I have nothing to say but don't believe what someone said above me that it's Spiritual and you need deliverance and prayers. Forget, na wetin you like since e no affect your life. Me personally I don't always suffer pile(jedi jedi) I swear. And I know one guy wey no fit dey drink biggie apple like me bet it he will die within a week of starting. For like four places in my area where dey sell cold drinks, they all call me "Baba Biggie Apple" and they all know I'm always happy when it's very cold so they always take my own out from a freezer supported with AC. If biggie apple knows how much I takes their drink I know they will make me an ambassador.

I'm encouraged. Thank you.
i think trying to stop Pepsi consumption outrght may not be a good idea this coming dry season with high temperatures,a can of chilled Pepsi will be a very wicked temptation,I believe people aviod drinking soft soda drinks because of the high sugar content, but if you stick to Pepsi max, diet Pepsi, etc.i don't see anything bad in guzzling a chilled can of zero sugar Pepsi max

Hmmmmmm. That's a big story you're telling me. Well, for me, I don't want to suffer any consequences in old age that's why I want to stop it now. If I can do this thing, before November ending, the sugar would have cleared from my body. You see, as a youth, we may not feel the effects of this stuff now. But maybe from age 45, it comes up. And that's why I want to stop.

And you just stopped at once?

Of course. If you set your mind on starting or stopping a habit, you'll do it.
Get an app called TickTick and set a habit. Check your progress daily and you'd be surprised how far you'd go.
This is a habit I'm currently on. 80 days and counting. No relapse.

Tokskob2008:
If I'm to calculate the number of carbonated drinks I have taken this year it won't be up to 3 bottles at all and it all came from the little I begged from my daughter whenever she is drinking it.

I just don't know why I'm not interested in it that much.

But op your case get as e be o... One for breakfast and one for dinner, na ritual

Ever since Ronaldo chenked soft drinks during the Euros, something clicked in me and I stopped taking soft drinks entirely. Then I went a little bit further and also stopped drinking cold/chilled water

Nowadays, I gulp Predator energy drink or Blue Boat Yorghurt once a while.
