Keep up with your drugs. And watch your circle of friends. It is easy to go back to bad habits if you still have friend(s) doing it. I will advise you change your friends especially your bf if he is a taker as well.

truth the drugs were my source of joy my happines my inspiration my motivation. But now nothing moves me again.
cant even hang with friends, thanks to my folks monitoring my road network!
now how can i be that lively fun loving person i use to be without drugs and smoke(s). Cuz this withdrawal phase is eating my soul up.

▪︎Take on exercising to beat the withdrawal....jogging or cycling is a good way to best the stress.
▪︎ Take a vacation or go spend time for a period with other relatives
▪︎ Broaden your mind and mental through books or watching of online videos
▪︎ Change your job or career if you jo longer feel there is no longer any thrill to be had where you currently are in life.

Created a thread bout my addiction! Did my 3months program(worst 3months of my life).
i even have a shrink who comes around 3times in a week, 2hrs session!

now the problem is i feel dead, am not my usual self. Am neither sad nor happy most times.

You can do it if you are determined, I know you will like to see the very healthy side of you. Fight your own demons, You only can do that, no one would do that for you. I fight my own demons too.
