TOPIC: EFFECTIVE METHODS OF SOUL WINNING

TEXT: ISAIAH 48:17-19

Key Verse: Romans 8:14-For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.


Dialogue Evangelism: This is having prolonged time of reasoning with a religious sinner using the scriptures. Some of these ones are already Church-goers and are interested in knowing the truth. Some might even be of another religion.
Take enough time, sit down and reason with him or her by opening scriptures and explaining. Paul did so and got people converted to Jesus. As you do so time after time, you will get that religious man born again.
Acts 17:10,12
10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.
Friendship Evangelism: This is evangelism by loving actions and good deeds. You may give nice things like gift items, speaking kind words, rendering help or assistance to someone; by this, you are developing friendship with that person with the aim of leading him/her to Christ.
Remember you are not to be unequally yoked with sinners. So, apply wisdom (2 Corinthians 6:14), Proverbs 18:24.
Evangelism By Letter: This was one of the key methods of evangelism in New Testament era. With this, we have the major portion of the New Testament Bible.
You may write letters to your brothers, sisters, relations, friends and acquaintances, passing the gospel message to them. You can write or make someone else to write evangelical letter to your husband, wife, child, or boss. Write gospel letters. People will read and keep on reading them to their salvation and establishment. Luke 1:1-4.
Evangelism Through Recorded Messages On CDs/DVDs: There are many electronic devices for recording speeches for transmission to others. These include CDs, VCDs, DVDs, Memory cards, to mention a few. Gospel messages are preserved by these means and are easily transferrable. 1 Corinthians 9: 20-22.

TOPIC: DECEIVERS OPERATE WITH SATANIC SPELL IN THEIR TONGUES

TEXT: ROMANS 3:13-18

Key Verse: Romans 3:13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

The man that says he is going for ministry has no fear of God in his life. But, why do these people succeed? There is satanic poison, satanic spell that is under their tongue. As he is talking to you, this spell is penetrating into your heart, turning your heart to believe him.
That is why the Bible says, Get away from the presence of the foolish man when, you do not perceive in him the lips of knowledge (Proverbs 14:7).
Do not pay attention or listen to him when he wants to give you explanation. Why are you listening to explanation from a liar? Do you not know his sin? Don't you know his lies? By the time he speaks one, two or three words, you did not detect the devil in him?
When you allow him to say all, his poison will penetrating into you and you will not escape because they tell lies with the power of Satan. Otherwise, with your fear of God, how did this man that you know so well as a sinner succeeded in getting you out of the presence of God?
How did Satan do it on the angels and on Adam and Eve? Why are you reading the writing of a sinner? Why is it that sinners are the ones entertaining you in the internet; Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc…?
Romans 3:14-16
14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:
You will not escape, because those things go with poison and spell and they will work gradually in your life for like over ten years. Shoot an arrow into an animal, it may not die that day, it may take a whole week before it will collapse, because the poison of the arrow works in its body gradually.
When you listen to him, asking him questions and paying attention to him, it shows you are somehow responding positively to what he is saying. By this, you are allowing God’s enemy into your life not knowing that your life will go for it as an after effect.
From the Scripture above, his mouth is an open grave. Many have died because of listening to deceitful people. They are in the majority today. Therefore, come out from among them and live rightly.

TOPIC: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR YOUR CLARIFICATION

TEXT: Matthew 24: 3, 4

Key verse: 1 Peter 3: 15; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:


QUESTION 1: Should a Christian barb any type of hairstyle such as ‘J5’ or ‘Punk?’

That is worldliness. You shall know them by their fruits. Some draw things on their heads for a show and barb their hair for fashion. Some pastors and bishops also imitate these styles. Some brethren wear nickers to conform to these worldly styles.
They cannot enter heaven. It is defilement in their garments of righteousness. Be responsible even in your barbing. You can see the world is gradually returning to bushy hair styles and growing of bears. A Christian should avoid that. Long hair is the glory of women but a shame to men.
Love not the world. The woman in slit, perforated skirts with jewellery and painted lips and nails in their adornment, perming, hair attachment and weavon argue that their beauty is dependent on jewellery; that is why they use them. All these are artificiality.
God completed His work on man and assessed it as very good. Doing otherwise is challenging the intelligence of God. God is asking if you can add to the natural beauty of the world. You better repent now.
Can these artificial flowers take over the beauty of the natural flowers? Women who keep themselves clean should stand to it. Unclean pastors encourage ungodly dressings and adornment. They will answer for their folly.


Question 2: Can a Christian use perfume?

Every living creature is created with a saint or fragrance. It applies to fruits, meat, soup, human beings, etc. This unnatural saint or fragrance you are adding to yourself is iniquity.
God builds scents into fruits and animals to show their respective peculiarity. If your body odour is unnatural, it is rather sickness. You need medical counsel or prayer from Pastors. But perfumes can be used on properties or things like offices, hospital, toilets etc.
Mary's anointing of Jesus was prophetic of His death. Use of powder as an item of beauty and attraction is sinful. The Christian woman should avoid that. The glory of the Lord is what you should look for. To use powder at home for medication or heat is not an offence.


Question 3: Should sisters use tights as underwear?

Tights are not made for men but for women as inner wear. It should not be exposed. When the woman exposes it publicly, it means something else. Godly women do not do that. Okay?

TOPIC: LEAD YOUR CHILDREN TO JESUS FOR THEIR SALVATION

TEXT: Matthew 19:13-15

Key verse: John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.


Our God is a God of covenant. He calls people into covenant relationship with Himself. Keep your part of the promise and God will keep His part of the covenant. As far as ministry is concerned, God is interested to enter into covenant relationship with His holy ministers.
God entered into covenant relationship with Noah for the new world that would be formed. God saw righteousness in him. Noah was just, perfect and walked with God. The old world has collapsed by iniquity; a new world was to be formed after the flood.Genesis 17: 1 – 8;
Human beings frequently get corrupted. God got another man after the flood. He was looking for a man and found him in Abraham. Abraham believed God and the Lord counted it righteousness for him.
I will multiply a new set of people from you that will know righteousness. I will cause you to be fruitful unto righteousness. Nations of people will come out of you. The righteousness shall spread from nations to nations.
Give me perfection and holiness and I will do the work. God will do the multiplication by Himself. He will give the land of Canaan (Heaven) to them for an everlasting possession. God requires righteousness and holiness from us to give us Heaven;
Genesis 18: 19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which He hath spoken of him."
God made Abraham great and mighty nations because righteousness and holiness was found in him. He shall command his household after him. The church in our time has backslidden; the Lord is bringing a new revival that will usher the new church into Heaven.His covenant is with the righteous.
If you drop righteousness, His covenant with you will cease. If your ministry is not prospering, ask whether you are in His righteousness. God's covenant is with the righteous. If you want His faithfulness, then live in His righteousness.
To bring about this end time revival now in perspective, God expects that His ministers will live and work in His fear, tremble at the name of the Lord; hallow and adore His name; Let the law of truth be in their mouth and iniquity not found in their lips;
God wants ministers that will work with Him in truth and justice; lovers of peace and righteousness. That will fear nothing but iniquity. That will turn many from iniquity and whose lips shall keep knowledge of the law of the Lord. The Lord takes delight in them and enters into covenant relationship with them.

Thought for the day: When in covenant relationship with God, keep your own part.
