Biafra people are very dumb and brainless indeed. Why would the president override the judicial process and pardon a criminal who has a case in court?
Maybe all the armed robbers, kidnappers, ritual killers, fraudsters and drug dealers from Biafra should also be pardoned.
Ewu Biafra indeed.

Kanu's release must be predicated on very stiff conditions. First, he must publicly renounce his Biafra agitation and express full and unwavering commitment to Nigeria's unity. He must be made to recite the Nigerian national anthem and pledge of allegiance on national television, and willingly join politics like normal people do. Either that or he should be allowed to rot in prison while his trial keeps getting endlessly postponed. The truth is, if his trial is allowed to continue, he would most likely be sentenced to death. No two ways about it. He'll be executed and heaven will not fall, except for maybe some unrest in the SouthEast which would abate after sometime. I'm sure the igbo leaders are aware of this hence their meeting with the FG.
You can only make your noise on social media. If e sure for you and your mumu government make una kill Kanu and watch what will happen, we are watching.

It's really an assailable demand on Mr. President to erroneously terminate a judicial process that is in motion.

The only political solution to Kanu's case is to avail him a fair trial. Anything short of this will be immoral, grossly inconsistent, demeaning and unacceptable.

Pls avoid quoting my mention comparing MNK case with pardoned Boko haram fighters.
One of the clear differences between their respective cases is that MNK case is before the law court.

So Boko haram trials are done in secret, but protesters are taken to court with media paparazzi

And mind you, only the Attorney General of the federation has the right to trial Boko Haram members of terrorism, so what exactly are they being tried for? Since we all know the Attorney General is not the one putting them on trial??

Na so Cameroon and Ethiopia take talk but now see what is happening now. Their country is divided. No reason m o. Killing Kanu will make him a saint. Died for a cause. In the East now, they're different groups, our military haven't even defeated Boko Haram and Herdsmen yet, let not add another battle for them. It might be to late. Remember Kanu supposed prophecy, he will draw the military to the east while Boko Haram take over the north. Bro d federal govt should use sense.
And by the way I'm sure if the PDP get into power..Kanu wil be released

to defend their land against attack from the supporter of APC. Hausa or fulani cannot defeat southern Nigeria without middlebelt. Even Biafra war our fathers fought the war not Fulani.

Mr Man, By Nigeria Law, only the attorney general has the right to charge anyone for Terrorism, so I’m asking you again? Who is charging those Boko Haram members, and for what charges that the whole country is not aware of but you and your prison mates

Unfortunately I do not know that Igbos are this daft, for years Cownu was vomiting his gibberish, he decides who live and die in the south east, he killed, maimed and destroyed lives and properties, called other tribes unprintable names, insults other tribes with all audacity, calls anyone that attends Pentecostal churches headed by a Yoruba man an slowpoke but the elders in the east kept mute as if their slenses and mouths were kept with washmen, but now want him to be released? No sirs, let the law take his course.

This explains why numerous Nigerian school leavers do not have jobs. Courts do not prosecute anybody or even "Try" anybody. Courts determines the legality or lack thereof. Prosecutorial duties lies with ministry of justice and other branches of law enforcement agencies. The crux of matter with this thread is separation of powers in a democratic system of government. The ministry of justice is a branch of executive while courts belong to judiciary. It is unfortunate Femi Adisana does not know and cannot strike a difference between the courts and ministry of justice. Nigeria must be disintegrated for a way forward.

Though u are trying to use technicalities to attack Adesina and what u said has proven that u don't know what u want.
Adesina is from SS and u call for the disintegration of the country for the sin u aspersed onin him. Are we going to disintegrate into states or LGs? Do u mean if the same cases keep arising after disintegration u will keep disintegrating untill all families become a Nation?
This emotional ranting is driven by frustration!

plz dont get it twisted. the Hausa , fulani and Apc surpoters have no bone to pick with the south east( igbo) . there are hundreds of thousands of igbos in hausa land and no body is disturbing them.infact some now call themselves northern igbo men. the issue here is the south east thru ipob is threatening the peace and try to challenge the federal government of Nigeria.and any war will lead to the total destruction of the igbo. there will be no pity like the last war they initiated.
