Lol, I love the way you think bro. The employer will just file for bankruptcy or any of the 5 other steps he can take. What if the employer cooks us charges against the said employee and get other employees to support as witness

PoC, Companies don’t file for bankruptcy- they go insolvent and are wound up. Individuals/sole traders go bankrupt.

Regardless I was just letting you know that judgement debt can be levied against assets. No issues at all.

Thanks .

Zamfara state government is yet to implement 18k minumum wage let alone 30k minimum wage.
That's why the activities of banditry originated from there considering the level of poverty among its teeming youth

The national minimum wage rate is applicable to every worker except part-time workers (working fewer than 40 hours per week); workers paid on commission or piece-rate basis; workers in seasonal employment such as agriculture; workers in merchant shipping or civil aviation; and those working in an establishment employing less than 50 workers.

But taking legal action against offending Employer is another cup of tea. cool

The Law gives room for shady employers to manipulate the system and exploit loopholes.
