Right from the time of Yaw Wake up show to Matse Owatse of Wazobia 95.1FM to Wiliwili the Holy Ghost and Lolo 1,
I moved my interest to Nigeria Info 99.3FM during the time of Tolulope Adeleru Balogun and Adenike Oyetunde with this Lady Nelly especially during their Show they called the COVEN.
After that I would wait patiently for Alibaba and his boys to give me pure comedy on Alibaba Seriously on same Nigeria Info FM before I would now switch to Rainbow 94.1 FM to enjoy my evening with DeDon and Ochuko comedy...
I used to enjoy my dinner with the sound of Late Chaz B's Voice echoing from Inspiration FM on his show called Sharing Life Issues but after his demise now I am stuck with Love doctor on Max FM..

In 2019 I purposely bought a small tecno phone because of RADIO, till this moment there is no sim card inside the phone. I the phone to listen and record programs on radio.

I had learnt a lot on radio more than I learnt in school.

My addiction to radio is inseparable, radio is my closest COMPANION

I still do. As a matter of fact, I'm a Radio freak. Always looking out for the best radio station with the very best of contents. And I found the perfect choice in Urban96 in Lagos. These guys are as lit as lit can get. Even airing mix shows all the way from Hollywood (USA). Their music knowledge is unrivalled. Throwbacks wey dey scatter brain. There is literally nothing music (good music) that this dial does not possess. I'm addicted to them is an understatement. I've been with the best of the best, from the days of Cosmo FM (Enugu), CoolFM, ClassicFM, Rhythm, Max, (Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt). But you see this Urban96, it's a janded station with a touch of Naija. Dop.e a.ss music on a daily. Goddamn!!!

All Nigerian radio stations are the same,play music then one presenter shouting on air.
Even so called specialised radio station like one that claims to be for legal matters just play music and do phone ins.
It amazing that in 2021,there is neither a live( one airing the news with presenters on the ground as it's happening)radio or TV News station in Nigeria.
Something that have had in the west since 1930 or so!
Channels is not one,it's more of a studio analysis station,unless we are using the typical low Nigerian standard.

If you have a car and you drive yourself on a daily basis, you won't be asking this kind of question. My car radio is always my companion. It keeps me in the know of happenings in my city of PH.

Surprised this OP thinks people don't listen to radio anymore. Radio is the most widely accessible form of mass communication in Nigeria.

I have been a radio enthusiast for 12 years and i can confidently say that i have learnt more from radio than any other medium.

I shuttle from Lagos Talks 91.3 to Inspiration Fm 92.3 to Nigeria Info 99.3 to Classic Fm 97.3 to Smooth 98.1 and The Beat 99.9. Recently discovered 88.5 UFM some months ago and they have been excellent with music, talk shows, hilarious presenters and rewarding game shows.

Radio and Shazam is a perfect combination. You get to discover new songs everyday.

I love Radio.

A few days ago. I use an app that let's you listen to stations around the world. I mostly listen to foreign music, so I thought it would be cool. I prefer the stuff I find and my mixes, but for certain genres, the stations have a nice offering.
