Am using UBA and nothing like that has happened to me, it only happened to me with FCMB.

This UBA again. This same Monday I transferred 3k to uba bank it came as service not available, second time i tried again it says timeout the next thing is my bank debited me twice. I called the receiver he said he has not seen alert also check his account balance no money received.

I called my bank stanbic to complain and ask them to reverse the money .

Today is Thursday no alert at the receiver end no reversal at my end.

This banks can be frustrating when it comes to online transaction. The country is hard alreading.

I know people can loose guard to fraudsters sometimes but it's either banks are now employing yahoo Boys or people giving out people's information to fraudster....how can you say there is nothing you can do, when you can clearly see the account the money is being transferred to, you can block it and invite the owner of the account to come to the bank and resolve the problem or send message to the bank the money is being transferred to block the account and ask the customer to provide court order if the owner of the account the money is sent to refused to surface in order to get their money bank...... But what do I know

The funny thing is almost all banks are so useless not only uba...access bank, wema, fcmb, gt are all useless...

Even the zenith bank I thought they were the best untill they frustrated me one Sunday like that
No sms notification was working, no credit transaction was working, the mobile app completely down , ussd wasn't functioning
They almost ruined my life that particular Sunday ...
First bank own is the worse...the day they frustrated one of my niggar in an emergency situation....my niggar almost started crying..that was the day he vowed to start using multiple banks...incase if one fails..he can switch immediately to the other

All Nigerian banks are not reliable...they are all thieves employing unprofessional and incompetent individuals.

My anger at UBA that day was because of that consistent nonsense attitude.

Last month I went to pay into my domiciliary account only for them to say the money was too old, a 2004 dollar bill. Thank God a nairalander had same issue and sorted it out so I sent them the memo he showed them.

This Monday was as a result of a tiny crack on two of my bills. They rejected it that they cant collect it because it is dollar and they dont print it herr. I had to return it to first bank and told them what they said.

First bank changed them only for UBA to look for another thing to say about it.

I just told tjem to close my account and give me all my money and that the next day I'd close my corporate and naira accounts with them.

They started begging and acting like they were friends, telling me I was holding them to ransom for the fault of first bank.

And that first bank branch self is also a case. They can give you torn money ehn, you will be surprised how they got it.

Thank God, i don't know for sure if it's UBA, but, I stopped using it a long time ago, and I witness, how rude their Staff, can be to customers.

Dont blame the bank. Niggerians are attuned to suffering. I have experienced their shenanigans long ago and vowed never to have anything to do with them. In fact if you ask me to accompany you to the bank to make a withdrawal or a transaction I will decline. That is how strongly I feel about that bank.
If every Niggerian had a sense of self worth, that bank will be out of business, or forced to change their ways

Nigeria bank and wahala .zenith do me that ting 25k, til date no refund. Access bank 7k was deducted from my account as changes.i DNT know which bank is trusted.

Zenith are worse than those others you mentioned, apart from FCMB. FCMB isn't a bank. FCMB is a government sanctioned 419 entity.

I was at UBA two days ago, they told me bluntly that my money would not be refunded until I do one or two..

Me that can't even talk, Once I get upset in public I start shedding stupid tears. I just said okay and left. It was painful.

My mum was nosebleeding and I needed that money badly..

First bank is d most useless of all. They deducted my 15000 and told me i bought something on wish mobile market. Me wey no even knw wetin b wish. They still deducted over 10k from sis account again which was glaring and obvious the fault is from them. Only to tell ne there's nothing they could do. Bunch of thieves.
