Black pill is the most extreme, reactionary ideology of the most extreme corners of the incel community.

It’s a reference to the movie The Matrix, in which the character Neo is given a choice: take a blue pill and remain in the Matrix, or take a red pill and discover that the reality he lives in is totally wrong.

Incel “redpill” folks believe they know the “truth:” that the typical world most people live in is a lie, and the truth is that women hold all the power, women control the world, women call all the shots, and women make all the rules, simply by manipulating men through sex.

It’s incredibly toxic, sexist horseshit.

The black pill crowd thinks the redpillers don’t go far enough.

Black pill ideology claims, among other things:

Not only do women control the world, but it will always be this way and men will always and forever be subordinate to women, because men have a biological drive to have sex that can never be changed and women will always use this sex drive to manipulate men;
The only thing that matters, has ever mattered, or will ever matter to women is looks and status, because women are biologically hard-wired to mate only with men of looks and status due to their evolutionary programming;
Some men—“omega men”—are biologically predisposed never to find love or sex, and trying to change this is as futile and pointless as trying to flap your arms and fly;
Personality does not matter to women when they make choices about who to have sex with—-this is simply one of the lies women tell men in order to manipulate them (“looks are everything, personality is nothing” is a common black pill slogan);
Because all these things come from biological determinism, they are as fixed and immutable as the law of gravity—an incel can not stop being an incel any more than a rock can spontaneously change into a cat.
