1. ATR mix up natural medicine with spiritual healings.
The natural medicine part is good
2. ATR mix up respect for elders and the proper etiquettes within the community with spirituality and the gods of the land.

Religion and Technology answer different problems of the society.

I am sure you know that not less than 50% of notable scientists in the world were Christians.

Our problem in Africa is NOT religion, our problem is General Short-sightedness caused by
1. Conducive Tropical Climates
2. Lack of Homogeneity: Multiplicity of different neighbouring tribes and languages
3. Lack of Exposure and Competition with other remarkably different cultures
Once you have a combination of two or more of these factors acting on a nation, it is a setup for backwardness

Please ask yourself these questions:
