There are only 4 logical possibilities

a) The girl aborts the pregnancy

b) The girl keeps the pregnancy, delivers a baby and the dude takes responsibilities for the Baby.

c) The girl keeps the pregnancy, delivers a baby and the dude refuses to take responsibilities for the Baby.

d) The dude gets married to the girl.

For each of the logical possibilities, there are consequences to deal with. . . . . and either he likes it or not, he's eventually going to settle for one of above.
