Tuchel deserved the best manager award hands down.. he turned a team that was struggling to qualify for ucl to ucl winners in less than 6months.. he even defeated guardiola in the final

When lewandosky win world best simply because he scored 45 goals in the farmers league. Without contributing much to the team play apart from goals.

Best midfielder award

Best defender award

If you are talking about injustice I think harry Kane should be a reference point, he was the highest goal scorer and he also had the highest assist in last season EPL but they carry EPL best player give Kevin debruyne last season , they nor even nominate am for anything.
