I want to ask if I should move the ihs and visa fee to another account instead of leaving it with maintenance fund till after printing cos it will reduce the opening balance when it is used for

You still would need the POF for visa application.I’d suggest you leave the funds till it completes 28 days or more before removing the cash for visa and ihs(Mayb take a loan to pay for visa and ihs) after visa application you can take the money out and payback…my opinion

i also got from them the deposit is refundable under certain condition. This is stated in the documents sent to you. I also sent a mail to them in this regards and the spelt it out for me on conditions for refunds. Also conditions where refunds won't be made

I don't understand your question but I would say you go to the bank physically to get your statement which is stamped electronically. I don't know how the online one looks like tho.
