First off, who created ISIS? the USA. Secondly, when russia joined the Syrian war, USA immediately called that they should both work towards annihilating ISIS for good. Few months after that, Russia fired 24 cruise missiles from frigates to completely devastate ISIS all ISIS bases in Syria. Go watch the video on YouTube its even on BBC. that is why, there are no more ISIS teorrists in the territories being controlled by the Russians in Syria.
