redsun: You are very correct. Just today I bought oha leave from the market, I chose it myself because it looks fresh than the rest. It was tighten into the nylon with other ingredients. When I decided to select the leave and brought it out of the nylon, the leaves were brown and looks rottened, I thought of possible cause, the only thing I could come up with is that it was made fresh by some kind of chemical which makes it attractive before buying it. What if I got home earlier and cooked it and ate it. 2 Likes |

frog12: Anaemia i think. I got two sessions of dialysis. Although I was advised to come for another one after my second dialysis but there was no fund to pay then but I tried as much to quit salt intake immediately and avoid foods that will cause more waste build up in my blood so as to avoid dialysis. Anyone can completely come out of dialysis depending on the stage of the kidney damage or filtration rate. |

Seaseason07: You are safe provided you are balancing your diet but sincerely renal patient must avoid herb because it contains chemical and minerals which the damaged kidney might not be able to eliminate from the body. I'm not faulting Herb tho just my pure advise and don't forget that I'm not a health worker or medical doctor but just an experienced fellow. |
