It is suprising all the PMB campaigners have pretended not to see the funding process, and what this govt has indeed done

I buy a land and pay the contractor 75% for a project as a company CEO, I leave, and you are praising the new CEO of the downscaled project design for being the best since the inception of the company!

We really do have a serious problem on our hands in this country.

The funding for this bridge and design was signed in 2014, Fed Govt 20%, Anambra 10%, Delta 10%, Private Contractor 60%(to be recouped through toll), fed. Govt paid 16% of it's 20% in 1st quater of 2015.

Between then and now, the number of lanes on the bridge has been reduced, the height has been reduced(not to accommodate ships as planned), the rail track has been taken out. So how did PMB start said construction from nothing please?

well let me tell you real life koko about the bridge since I stay close. it won't and can't be ready by 2023..Only the river niger aspect of the bridge is being done, how do you get to the bridge? what roads? where is the beginning and the end..? they are just joining the pillars or slabs or whatever only on the river..No road leading to the bridge
