This list is trash without the best governor in Nigeria wich is Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi In terms of job creation and youth empowerment. his unprecedented employment of over 13,000 teachers and over 400 doctors is a phenomenal achievement for any governor in Nigeria. his youth empowerment program through RSSDA is top notch. In education he built the best primary and secondary schools in the country (over 500). in health he built the best primary and secondary health centers in the country (over 100). In security he virtually saw militancy off in Rivers state and stopped cultism in Rivers tertiary institutions. In Agriculture his Songhai farm initiative is an epic agric revolution. In infrastructure he transform the landscape of Ph and its environs. dualise most major Roads and constructed inner streets with drainage and walk way( D-line part of ph comes to mind) Amaechi is a phenomenon |
