The only ex Soviet countries there are 1, 2 & 3.

They are barren lands so no need wasting resources on them. But in time of war, Russia will take over them in under 3 days. They are not even a threat.

Lol when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 they were sanctioned, but Russia wasn't prepared for those sanctions on 2014.
This time, they are prepared. Russia over the years have been gradually removing the US dollar as a foreign reserve currency and replacing it with gold. Sanctions in 2022 would hurt the Russian economy, but it would not cripple it or devastate it as the Western leaders want you to believe.
Also, sanctioning Russia without China cooperating is laughable. China and Russia are trading partners and they don't use the US dollar for trade.
So you see, the sanctions would not hurt them as bad as 2014.
