Putin has effectively resurrected the Cold War with the attack on Ukraine. Countries will seek to further develop their armies. One man cant be threatening the whole world and you expect western nations not to have long term strategy for disarming him. This man, Putin, is a threat to Europe. Most European countries are having a rethink of rearming themselves with nuclear weapons they gave up for peace. U shd understand the West especially America have great patience and very devious too in their dealings with other Nations.
