The only advantage Russia has over the UK is size, being about 70 times larger than the UK. 2 nuclear bombs on the UK would wreck the country, whereas Russia can take 2 from the UK and still remain a country.

Technologically, UK's defense equipment are superior to Russia's. As everyone can see from the current war, Russia is all brawn and no brains.
