Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Take the bolded five times a day until you get cured and begin to realize who is your Master really is and the list of things He instructed you to teach others to observe, that's if you're truly His disciple and not a false one.
