Thanks for all your advice, I have gotten a lawyer and he said I have a good case with the evidence at hand. I have pictures of the incident. We are filling the charges and I will personally copy CBN to it. It really painful when your encounter this type of case after a legit hustle. No matter the cost, I will make sure I drag this case. Thanks for all your good inputs.
