This is exactly what I have been saying all these years but they call us bigots.. non Yorubas have no business interfering in Yoruba internal politics and governance structure. It's wrong and very dangerous for upcoming generation of Yorubas.

It's now so bad that Yoruba graduates can't secure employment again in Yorubaland, they have to look for means to travel abroad or resort to begging and menial jobs. It's very very wrong.

The Hausas are regretting today with the way Fulanis have turned lords over them in all their emirates and ancestral lands.
We all know the story of Ilorin and how Alimi used Afonja against the Oyo kingship only to overthrow him much later.

Yorubas must come together now.. let's set aside our differences and work together.. bi ogiri o ba lanu, alangba o le wogiri.

We don't need Yoruba nation per se because the monumental effort to gain that may be very costly and an unproductive waste of time.

What we must seek for, and can gain relatively soon, is restructuring that will allow all Nigerians to shape their region of origin as they wish without the hindrance of 'one Nigeria' .

It can be done but never under a Northerner or a weak Southern stooge like GEJ.

Restructuring Nigeria is inevitable because we must now adapt or die due to a lot of universal changes beyond the control of Nigeria and Nigerians.

That is why the SW is agitating heavily for restructuring that will lead to regionalism and abolition of our States.

We know what is coming while others continue to sleep (North) and obsess about infantile issues (Igbos).
You think the north don't know your plans which you are trying to achieve with Tinubu? You think the north stopped Awolowo and mko for no reason? Enemity between igbo and north only exist in yoruba imagination

@OP.

Let us all passionately and uncompromisingly support what our governors are agitating for. I.e regionalism that will make all Yorubas one, and their brother's keeper, through the abolition of States.

That should be our focus because once such is achieved then Igbos, without the 'one Nigeria' gingering them, will know their place in the SW while the ako ti ile ts Yorubas will simply have no voice lwt alone influence on our affairs.
Are you going to die if you don't keep the Igbos out of your mouth!!!?

True talk

Thumbs up

cocolacec:
No matter what happens, never allow non Yorubas to tell Yorubas how to get rid of your leaders in Yorubaland. It is an ancient technique of internal colonialism and overthrow of indigenous power structure.

No matter how bad it may seem, the indigenous people must change their own leaders and orchestrate their own revolution. The Fulanis told the Hausas that their Habe kings were corrupt. They joined the Fulanis to destroy their own kings and the Fulanis used that opportunity to take over Hausa civilization and leadership. The Fulanis told Afonja and some Yorubas in Ilorin that Alaafin was corrupt, they used that opportunity to use Afonja as stepping stone to seize Ilorin power structure.

Arabs also used the same technique to seize power in Gibraltar and Iberian peninsula.

Non Yorubas have no right to demand for revolution or leadership changes in Yorubaland. Go back to your ancestral space to ask for such. Let YORUBAS deal with their leaders themselves.

NO APOLOGIES!

This is just what is on my mind, both Igbo and Fulani are the same thing.

Never allow a non Yoruba use you to destroy your ancestral land, we are not the same, they want to use you to gain power in Yoruba land

They attack your leaders 24/7, call you dirty afonjas, insult your food, women and kings, but you as a Yoruba can not do that to them because they will deal with you and you are afraid of them because you have sold your brother cheaply to them

You are weak and you don't deserve oduduwa blood, you are traitor, there is no mercy or peace in their culture and they won't show you one
Do you have mercy and peace in your own region?
Stop fighting the tribe that got nothing on you..where has ur alliance with the fulas taken ur region to? U accuse a people of coursing ur kings and leaders and stylishly ignore the real people that turned u to slaves in ur own land..

Everything you said up there is the truth.
And also simultaneously, Emeka owns one of the biggest night clubs in Lagos, Obi owns one of the biggest hotels and hospitality brands in Lagos, Ebuka importer and exporter using thesame Lagos, go to ladipo, igbos have taken over that market, owode thesame thing. Infact most of the biggest and top spare part shops in Lagos are owned by the nyamiris! They're incharge of the film industry, de stil follow de drag music for thesame Lagos..see how Y all are being religated? In ur own land..your leaders sold you out for a pot of porridge..yeebos are busy hustling in ur land and taking over but you're here typing rubbish.
