You should have the cpanel login details.

I don't give out cpanel login details until the client pays in full. And God help them if they don't.

Destroying a working website ain't a good idea...you guys invested a lot of time on it...

If u were better developer..you could hav developed and inserted a back door code into the Web page where you can smuggle urself inside...
