Mtn numbers affected, you can receive calls and sms but can't make outbound calls

Them dey craze. Havent linked it yet but made and received calls throughout yesterday with receiving threatening messages from Airtell. Dont know yet as of this morning

Buhari refused to register for NIN till he became the president, the so called Digital Minister causing all this also registered late with him falling in love a terrorism tendencies, so how do you expect people(followers) not to prove stubborn?
Without NIN, lines have been tracked in this nation with criminals arrested, now with NIN, we are even finding it difficult to track criminals and terrorist are now on rampage.
NB: I'm one of the first set of people to register for NIN and also one of the first set to link my line. Same can't be said of those forcing us to do same
