Lol......it's a geographical term that means "below/south of the Sahara" (because the vast Sahara is the biggest defining feature of North Africa, covering most of the region) and has nothing to do with Africans being "sub-human". That's your own paranoia and inferiority complex talking. Italy is overhyped and has widespread corruption and poverty.... same as France....
