Yeah, it could low quality. A generic brand. But, technically it is the same constituent (Sildenafil).

1. Sildenafil (Pfizer)
2. Taladafil (Evans & Pfizer)

You can get this from a good pharmacy. Always ask for the brand.

Also, Sildenafil should not be taken with food. Taladafil on the other hand is not affected by food.
Sildenafil max is 24 hrs. Taladafil is 2 days sometimes 3 days if you are very healthy (Younger is better).

None of them keep your erection up. They only give you a harder erection, this is a short term solution. A long-term solution are PC muscle exercises and running not jogging "running"! Hydration during, after and before sex.

Also mental visioning is very effective. Where you envision your self lasting. Coming early often happens cos you think about it. Your brain has to trigger it, as long as the brain does not send that signal. You stay up.

Short term solution for lasting
1. Amlodipine (very strong, use half or 1/3 of the tablet)
2. Campari
3. Hard liquor
