I see the trend.
When the news is from CNN, BBC et al, and in favour of Russia, it is the real deal, but when it portrays the weakness and losses of Russia, it is propaganda.

Just imagine if it was this same BBC that posted the demise of the sailors, we all know it will be tagged 'as western propaganda' by the Putin Zombs.

And by the way, just because Russia organised some sailors to stand as the crew of their destroyed flagship, doesn't mean they're the ones.
