For example, I'll wait for my wife because * It will give me time to adjust to each others; real personalities and cycles. You get to know the real person, spend time together, build a non-fake-flirting foundation so when the kids come you can handle the drama and headache without your marriage suffering as much. That said, if you're having sex there is no 100% guaranteed protection from pregnancy or 100% guaranteed conception even without protection.
