I just observed that most southerners hardly approach, court or marry hausa, fulani or even Northern ladies in general. A friend of mine was even telling me that hausa ladies are so insatiable in bed, and problem of hygiene. Hausa/Fulani girls too dey crush. It's their religion that's caging them. Christianity that's popular in the south have more freedom. While Islam that's popular in the north restricted the women so much that they can only be regarded as full house wife materials.
So don't blame out girls cos their socialisation has positives too. A well educated working class lady is an asset to her husband. Better than a kunu seller from the north or a northern girl that has the education but was unable to practice due to Sharia or any law there.

I have taught in the north, I have worked with hausa ladies too. There are lots if them that have good careers and are very intelligent even though you can't compare them with southern ladies I'm that aspect. A combo of intelligence+respectful+reservation is perfect for me
