This My 1M setup in Lagos on 9e with strong lab short neck@graphicion when hit green on Startimes screw your lnb to this position 7 0clock as you can see in my picture you may still be getting Startimes abit with lower % signal but never mind then standing at the beck of your dish lower your dish a
bit then
Startimes will turn red then move your dish to your left




side any thing you get there is AFN Package

honestly I can't say because i don't have 4669×ii besides AFN Package has one HD Channel which can't work on your decoder.

AFN is powervu 4669x will get the signal but can't open it.

More skills needed.... With big dish
2.4M anywhere in naija should bring down 9e.

Rub minds and skills with a nearby installer to see where u are getting it wrong.

U may need to just hands off and watch a different installer try so u can identify ur error.

I will suggests u perform the "restricted tracking" protocol...as follows

Track 5e Ku and mark the point on the ground (I just place a small stone) , then

Track 7e ku, and also mark the point. Then change ur lnb to C band, then

Track 10e Cband and again mark it.

U will Observe the distance between 5e and 7e is lesser than the distance between 7e Ku and 10e Cband

9e will be restricted to the interval between 7e and 10e Cband and closer to the 10 e Cband.

Lastly change ur lnb back to Ku and nail 9e....

NB: be patient!

Talking about 9e the is easy to track but cunning to get reason is because while tracking it for the first time time you you maybe locking in into Startime signals ,but what you need to do is this once you have get Startime just type this frequency 11192 h 03210 and lower your dish like 3 to 5mm distance and move your dish like 3mm to your left while standing at back of your dish and once you hit green on this frequency then apply 11804 v 27500 and follows the same procedure 3 to 5 mm down 2 to 3 mm to your left so try this
