I can't get sound city ,, on my nigcomsat 42.5 E,, ive blind scanned before, i don't think it's there

I just blind scan tstv sat now and they av added more sort channels but i cant find only mama yoruba again, and i can see mama igbo and english and i av tried to use the frequency but still i couldnt get it please any help
