you have more options to chose depend on your location
i give you options below

1:get Champion HD decoder use 60cm to 90cm dish
then add TV3 Ghana as well

2:get IPTV box no need dish only internet but you must pay for data you use no data no channels

3:get from 4meter to 6meter dish then look for PTV or ERTV and more...... i hope members here will add more

with 5 meter dish you have more options to chose.your location is very important here

4: get Qsat Decoder to unlock DSTV channels for free. 60cm dish can do this business

Facing the dish the configuration should be as follows:

APSTAR7 <= (IS20) => NSS12

where

<= means to the left of IS20,

and

=> means to the right of IS20

For 180cm Dish:

APSTAR 7 = 12cm

NSS 12 = 14cm.

For 240cm dish:

APSTAR 7 = 16cm

NSS 12 = 19cm

for 5m dish price i dont know how much it will cost in legos
with 5m dish even if it is fix dish you will be ok
but motorized it is not bad idea ,you need 2pcs 36 jack plus positioner

you may have 10pcs decoders but it will depend on the type of decoder you chose
example srt 4940 ,this decoder is limit unless you want to use for MYTV package
but with 5m dish even with any decoder you will still enjoy alot
