Oga cook your food if you can. When you cook food you tend to buy good looking food items at the market. You need to see the dead looking expired tomatoes and pepper used to prepare restaurant or mama put stew. Once you see these guys in action you will stop eating food outside. Besides rather than put natural seasoning they just include white Maggie because it's cheap. Finally many food outlets are diabolical I will not say more. Cook your food eat healthy be happy.

When I follow some of these youngins and see them burning 3 to 5k on a meal I am always weak.

Eating out is more convenient while eating in may be more rewarding

Eating out anyday, anytime especially restaurant, as long as you are single. Just have a gas stove handy just for hot water, in case you need a cup of coffee or to have warm baths in areas with epileptic power supply.

Also when you do your cooking and you go belly- up, you may struggle to feed well. But if you are an established customer that's a regular customer. You may Walk up to your favourite restaurant discuss with them, offer them some sort of assurance or go with a worthy guarantor. They will keep giving you food until the duration you both agreed elapsed, then you pay off.

Many guys do that. And these restaurants are sometimes cool with such idea, as they see it as you are helping them save some money

Additionally, you get to eat varieties.

For example,
You can use N3,000 to cook a restaurant standard soup minus Eba. Then you keep eating the same soup over and over.
But with that N2,000, you can eat rice, okro soup, eat melon, eat bitterleaf soup at different times plus garri in a restaurant or mamaput depending on your location...if we are to assume a plate of food to be N500. You can add extra if you want.

Notwithstanding the gas, water, stress and time used to cook that food. And imagine warming a pot of soup over and over for someone without a refrigerator or electricity let alone the cost of fuel and maintenance of generator if inclusive.

But if two or more persons are involved, cooking is preferable.

It is worthy of note that the criterion for judgement here is relating eating out to cooking considering a particular amount of money.

1. You not going to the market
2. You not cooking the food
3. You not keeping the food before or after cooking. This no refrigerator issues, no electricity issue
4. Cost of washing after you.
5. You eating almost always fresh
6. You have loads of choices
7. You meeting people.
8. You are not broke and you tend to work harder.
9. You don't have to carry food in cooler and co. It's portable.

Please eating out as a single makes all the sense available.

Cooking at home.no matter where u eat, eno dey pass 2hrs. But if u cook,and eat,highest the whole day. We dey naija and we too like jazz. Look at me today I cooked melon soup,with pondo yam. I still never hungry.bur If to say na outside,I have don burn like 2k and e no go pass 2hrs I go hungry again. Eating out is economical for a single if you don't host guests frequently.
