It is unlikely that Russia can ever put its troops on US soil but assuming they manage to do it, all these weapons you are seeing wouldn't do sh!t. Yes, they will kill some soldiers but all that Russia needs to do is to become a lot more brutal. Artilleries, missiles, airstrikes, tanks, and so on are no match for those rifles unless Russia is trying to annex USA or occupy it for a long time.
