The moment the police knew it was an AR15 rifle, they backed off and waited for tactical unit. Some people called them cowards, but they have family to look after.

AR15 are no joke. They year tissues, break ones and in over 90% of gunshot from AR15, victims are not recognizable.

The thing is, it is one thing to own guns, it is another to have the confidence to engage a shooter...

The people with the confidence to engage in the US are not much, even though almost everyone of them owns a gun. This is why long hour mass shooting persists without anyone to engage, even though many of them walk around with guns... They will rather Dail 911, by then many of them must have been dead.

Have you not seen a scenerio where by someone has a weapon to defend him/herself but too petrified (for his/her own life) to use it when attacked? This is the America case.

Where are all these gun owners when over 16 people were murdered?

Every year, over 10k people murder through gun violence, mostly innocent people are the victims, but they have this much guns in many household... Are they keeping the guns for photos?

Many times, it takes the arrival of the police to stop a random shooter, but the citizens own guns like the random shooter, but still can't defend and protect themselves? Do you guys think at all.

A coward with a gun, will always remain a coward, and that is what most guns owners in the US are... They mostly dock when they see a shooter, while dailing 911...what a joke.
