The plastic parts are cheaper to manufacture. Hence they are lighter than metal parts hence making their cars lighter/for weight reduction which enables better handling..

The BMW is heavier than the Camry and Honda accord, maybe in terms of German made rivals, but it won't impart the weight distribution if it was aluminium.

That's their ideology,but other car makers who do not use plastic still makes cars that are fast and even lighter than BMW, I think they make the cars to not last so newer version would have a market.

Correct. A car's weight has to be just right.
Heavy enough to get a good balance. Light enough to be pulled by the engine.
So whether it is heavier than toyota or Honda doesn't matter. BMW no dey do motor for Japs they make them for the drivers.

I've very limited time to argue about obvious things ...money plays a huge factor in what people buy ..he should just know that .
