Peter Obi: In this interview with Reuben Abati of Arise TV Peter Obi said he only has $5 million dollars in his accounts in his Caribbean account that was exposed during the Pandora leak. However, there was no evidence he provided that the amount in the accounts was only $5 million dollars and not more.

Bola Tinubu: Was accused by former Managing Director of Alpha Beta Dapo Apara of evading N100,000,000,000 ($23.8 million US Dollars) in federal and states taxes and he sent the petition to EFCC, which has since refused to investigate the allegation.

Atiku Abubakar: Atiku was indicted by the United States Senate for laundering $40 million US dollars through offshore companies into United States and for accepting a bribe of $2 million dollars from German Engineering firm Siemens through his wife account.

So because Peter Obi became governor, he should close his business and personal accounts that he has been using for decades before he became governor.

Some laws were written by morons.

If you say a public officer should not open a new account abroad while in office, that would make more sense.

If you say a public officer should not open a new account abroad while in office, that would make more sense.
It is illegal for a public officer to have a foreign account abroad. That is why Tinubu got tried before the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) for operating 16 foreign accounts and only escaped because he got discharged on a technicality.

Peter Obi hid the foreign account in the Carribbean through his 9 year old daughter name to avoid detection and paid foreigners to pretend to be the owners of the account.

Dapo Apara is the one who exposed the Alpha Beta N100 billion money laundering and tax evasion in Lagos by Bola Tinubu. While Pandora exposed Peter Obi using his 9 year old daughter to hide ownership of a foreign account that was illegal for public officials in Nigeria.
