don’t mind them- if America repel hun laws today and prohibits the ownership of guns by private individuals- the US will be 10,000 times worse than Nigeria in armed robberies, killings and thuggery

The reason we all can sleep with our 2 eyes closed in America is not because our police is the best in the world - no not at all

It is because everyone is suspicious his neighbor owns and will not hesitate to use a military styled weapon when confronted or put in a situation where his personal security or freedom is breached - imagine this for a moment

If every kidnapper on the highway knows that there is a 90% probability that even 50% of road users have Ak - 47 inside their car and others have simple baretta pistols - do you think there will be kidnappings on out highways like it is today ? lai lai - why? because other road users seeing a kidnapping scene will pursue the kidnappers into the bush and smoke them out even before the police arrives. Even armed robbery will reduce drastically because there will be a 99% probability that every armed robbery will not return home alive if they robs residential area - so the job will be too risky for anyone to contemplate


Also, the reason why Nigerian politicians don’t respect Nigerians and flaunt their ill gotten wealth on the face of poor Nigerians is because they know ordinary citizens don’t have access to guns - if they do, there will be accountability and people will be careful how they talk to others and infuriate them. these means there will be light because the politicians won’t steal the money meant to provide electricity- the result of that is economic growth and employment and other things will fall in line.


In the US you barely see people cursing in the streets (except in the hood) and creating chaos at traffic stops shouting on other people or road users - when u visit the US, u will like what u see as regards the orderliness but u think God created them differently from Nigerians ?

Nope - every human being has the propensity to be crazy wether Americans or Nigerians BUT the fear of being shot at when provoked is the beginning of wisdom!

This is why most parts of America look orderly - if u shout at anyone anyhow or even honk your car horn at other cars anyhow like they do in naija, you go collect easily - that’s why everyone dey their lane jeje

Gun rights is constitutional. it is in the founding document of the country. To ban that requires a constitutional amendment
Aborting rights however isnt. So you cant really compare both

...i know it's in their Constitution..but the gun law can be amended...at least to amend the gun law to put some strict measures in acquiring or owning a gun... they should attach some strict conditions before onr is qualified to own a gun....than them making it very easy for them to acquire a gun... even a 18 years old buy can just walk into a gun shop and just buy a gun like that as if he is buying bread in a shop or market... let they be strict conditions and measures in acquiring the gun if they cannot ban gun
