They won't allow individuals to fill their forms or bring their documents, they falsify everything. Those that insist to follow the rules tightly will wait forever to be able to get their passports. You won't even be allowed to make an official.payment on your own.

It is such a mess! Who filled and signed the form for the minor as his parents, there's 90% chance it will be an immigration officer who was 'tipped" to handle the job.

The good thing is our senators will be subjected to more scrutiny before visa could be issued in the future.

I am not the law court and of course the court process may still eventually acquit him of the offence.
But the idea that it wasn't for commercial gain is just ludicrous.
Successful organ donation is usually by family members because there is higher probability that all the medical tests and matching parameters tested for would fit.Otherwise the chance of using a random donor that matches is low,unless a data base already exists of the recipient,the daughter in this case,and the donor,which obviously wasn't the case here.
That kind of stuff exists in the Western world because there is a data base of recipients and once a legitimate donor or corpse with prior consent to harvest his/her organ becomes available,it's automatically matched and the recipient immediately informed and made ready for the surgery.
Why didn't the Ekweremadu's use any of their other children if it was out of the acclaimed love of their daughter?Afterall one can live a healthy live with just a single functioning kidney.
If this guy had even gone through the tests,the chance of him being a match would be quite low.
They likely promised him a monetary compensation,forged one consent form they would present to the hospital incase of the tests coming out as a match.
