Try talk to an herbal professional.
Back then I was in Lag and had this plus on my tongue, I was referred to an herbal professional who gave me a bitter stuff to wash my mouth with. By the 3rd day, I was eating well and the sores dried.

Go get white vitamin C, as much as you can.

Trust me. Just get vitamin C, original one like 500mg. Get the lickable type not tablet you swallow. Lick it a bit then place the melting tablet on the sores directly. You can just leave the vitamin C on the sore directly, for some time. Do this at intervals. It hurts though but it always works.

same thing happened to me two weeks ago,
mine is even deeper than yours,but it’s hurt and extremely painful......especially when eating.
I was consuming vitamin c only and gradually it went away.

If that isn’t prolonged it shouldn’t be an issue it would heal try not to stress , fast small and reduce peppers and salt for the while

Nna, go and take vitamin. Lick for a few days.

There is insufficient vitamin in your system especially vitamin C.
Eat more of fruits and observe for some days.
This might also be a symptom of malaria.

This looks like canker sore.

Ensure you change your toothbrush frequently, ideally every three months. You can apply warm or cold water to the area to help relieve the pain temporarily. You can also apply salt on the affected areas at speed up healing (this is quite painful though)
