. Same always happen to me so I can relate . Buy mouth wash. It will kill the sour. U ve to bear d pain when u put it inside ur mouth .. if you take sweet things like sugary things, try and avoid them. Or do steaming. Cover ur self with a cloth and let the steam hit the affected areas.

Take a pinch of salt and rub on the affected area, twice daily. It will disappear on its own
