Here in the estate where i live, rent for a 2bedroom flat moved from 400k to 700k because this Yahoo guys started flooding the estate as their new abode away from the reach of EFCC. Now all the genuine hardworking guys are packing out cuz of the increment. Our own landlord just added 50k cuz he has been a good man who encourages hard work.
