i am worried about my stammering because it doesnt give me joy wherever i go. Since i got married my wife told me not to be saying anything again in the church even if there is any position that will make talk i should cease and be inactive

I stutter too. I remember the time I went for a job interview. I wrote on a paper that I stuttered and that I'll love to write my answers on a paper. The interviewer smiled and said I should just talk to her and gist with her. I did but I still stuttered . I got the job but I left after I was overworked and couldn't cope with constant headaches everyday. No man is perfect. With the stuttering sef I was elected class governor in the university without me campaigning I sha know it'll go soon. I believe that

I don't think you people understand what it means to be depressed. Most logical sense is lost and the subject tends to do or say illogical things. As much as suicide is very wrong, you shouldn't think the victim could help themselves by reasoning themselves out of it. Love and empathy is what they need most, and how much someone believes in them to overcome their pain.

This is so sad . If only she have self courage, she would not have end her life. Sad!!!!!

Sometime last year, I was heavily ridiculed and made mockery of by my family members, friends, colleagues and even total strangers over a very embarrassingly false statement that was spread by a jealous friend of mine who decided to play the devils advocate.

I went through several cycles of depression because of the constant verbal attacks I received in my rented apartment, in the street, in the banking hall and even in the lecture hall were I schooled.

I felt totally depressed at some point because of the meaningless mockery I received on a daily basis yet I kept believing and praying to God for mental strength.

When I was at my lowest point, I spoke to some mental health coach about my ordeal and they offered me guidance.

I ignored everything and became bold when my mockers and co-mockers expected me to be ashamed. And after a little while, the narrative changed.

Those who were mocking me began to praise me from every corner. If I had killed myself at the initial stage I would have been in deep regret forever.

No matter the ridicule you're facing today, hang in there no mockery last forever.
