Sources said that the wedding held in
Safana town of Katsina State.

The source said the 91-year-old Emir of
President Muhammadu Buhari's hometown tied the knot at a low-key ceremony after a brief courtship which lasted only one week.

The bride is a daughter of Alhaji Yahuza
Gona, former local government chairman of Safana.

Another source disclosed that the bride was already in her new home with her husband in Daura.

The Emir reportedly married a 20-year-old bride lady, Aisha Iro Maikano, in December last year. (Daily Trust)
