1. Yea, You can still use your TB certificate.
2. Book with other clinics, check the uK gov website for their details or call/mail IOM.

Yes you can but she should write a letter showing she’ll sponsor you and given you the right to use the funds and also you attach your birth certificate indicating she’s your mother
