just generate convera invoice through the site which you can get from your school website if they use convera and apply through form A with all the bank details provided or if you are paying directly take the invoice to the bank filled the necessary forms and pay, usually they will tell you within seven days but for me it took just three days of initiating payment for it to hit schools account.You can also track the payment through their site with the Reference number on your generated invoice

Please when applying for my dependants in Nigeria, where do I indicate that I have paid my complete school fees on the visa application. Is it on the financial consent letter or should I upload the school fees receipt under finance.

There is no section like that so there's nothing to declare about your fees.

If you are trying to assure the ECO that funds are not recycled then you can include your bank statements plus school fees receipts and a cover letter to address the documents you have provided

I got my unconditional offer but my passport wasn't out yet. Later mailed the school with my passport details when it came out.

Maintenance fee outside London - 1,023

The calculation
16,870
-4000
= 12,870.

Maintenance fee 1,023 x 16 = 16,368

Total 12,870+16,368 = 29,238 pounds.
i want to put 30,000 as i considering change in rate.
i hope this is correct and exigency is well considered. Please house.
