I pray so this happene to me last night I couldn't sleep until 5 and by then my baby has waken up and I couldn't sleep well again and today again the same thing started again

Embrace it.. No sleep for the wicked. Use that time put your mind to work. Thing of how to push your life to the next level and how you can put your thoughts to actualization. Also think who you can use for rituals in your family.

The bible says there's no sleep for the wicked ... i'm just kidding . But if you can get busy , extremely busy during the day , you are more likely to sleep well at night
