During GEJ's regime, Nigeria was meeting its OPEC quota sometimes and whenever we fell short it was below 200,000 barrels. Now, you find a wide disparityof more than 500,000 barrels per day of crude stolen and you wonder why these guys keep lieing. The crude is just been sold off and unaccounted for. A criminal syndicate involving several national organizations is what i see here.
