It's always when leaders of some countries like Nigeria give speeches at the UN. Who cares? grin
Check even the crowd, its filled with administrative assistants of the delegation of most countries. No leader of any major country stays around to hear such speeches.

Nothing new, nothing innovative, nothing considered great.
