They don't look at what Lagos was before Tinubu came in, they are so daft to understand that with the resources at Lagos disposal anyone can rule Lagos better than what Tinubu did.

Especially when you compare Tinubu's legacy of indebtedness and agberoism, the templates his successors have sustained despite huge tax returns from corporate orgz and individuals.

Remember that Lagos was a former Capital Centre of Nigeria with various structures already in place.

Indeed, when you compare what Mr Peter Obi did in Anambra with little resources, which, he used prudently, invested, and also saved for his successor, yes, when you compare that to Tinubu's and not forgetting Mr Peter Obi did not amass pensions and retirement benefits to himself, but Tinubu, few weeks to his exit, penned down hundreds of millions of naira as benefits for himself. So covetous! So greedy! So typical!

What are we even talking about. Is it APC's abysmal performance or Muslim-Muslim ticket...

Tinubu might be every other things wrong but he is one of the greatest governors from 1999 to date. He is a leader that has mentored a lot of people. on the hand, Obi is a loner. You cant pin point one person Obi made. reasons why majority of the Big Igbo Politicians are not aligned with him. None of them have come out to publicly endorsed him. Obi used the resources at his disposal and did magic with it.

He cut down wastage of tax payers money

He did not put the state in debt like Lagos governors even though Lagos has the advantage of being the investment hub of the nation from time immemorial

Tinubu tenure as Lagos state governor and Obi tenure as Anambra state governor are not comparable.
In every case of studies, Tinubu is far ahead of Obi.
In person to person abilities, Tinubu is far ahead of Obi in possession of leadership skills .
The only thing Obi have more than Tinubu is youthfulness.
Every other comparison, Tinubu is better than Obi.

In his 6 years as the governor of Anambra state, Obis total accrued revenue was under 600 billion naira. He has said this several times. Lagos earns almost triple what Anambra earns from federal allocations. Lagos budget for a Year is now over a trillion naira! Lagos should be compared to Ghana or Benin republic or Togo and not to Anambra or Ekiti or Ebony states.

For those of you who are not privileged to be Football enthusiasts... Let me break it down!

Brighton (Anambra/Obi) is doing great within the limits of its resources, while Bayern is doing same within its own resources.

At the end of the day, Bayern will always be way ahead of Brighton no matter the quality of coaching the latter receives due to higher availability of resources.

Anambra has never been and can never be greater than Lagos even if they have better leaders! Tinubu already had an edge over every other state governor, same way Sanwo-Olu has an edge over all others...

They are not technically better... Just more privileged!
With limited resources in 2007 to 2015 ,we know what Sullivan as a governor did in Enugu state.People are judging Obi based on the little resources at his disposal.

Lagos makes ten times what Anambra makes due to presence of ports which gives it a huge advantage over other states. This makes me see that Reno is a very unintelligent person.
Obi had to perform consistently on a very tight budget. Tinubu had a huge war chest at his disposal as Lagos State governor.

Campaign started on 28th, Only LP had a massive turn out on the first day, no other party did anything meaningful and BAT was not even in the country. Why do you like backwardness so much because of tribalism? Or you think Agberos, drug traffickers, abuse of law, over taxation of the masses, is not common with BAT whom I presume you are supporting? Do you yourself have a PVC? What plans do you personally have to mobilize people online and on campaign grounds for your candidate? You just sit here like Reno O mockery and type nonsense like the Senior Advocate of Nonsense!

I have seen Obi list the projects during his government. Peter did little but they were impactful.

I said it severally, if Peter Obi should contest for any post in the south east hhe won't win. But ethnic and tribal sentiment made him a consensus. In a region we have Kingsley Moghalu,David Umahi, Sullivan Chime, Charles Soludo etc.

The only sentiment for Obi is "it is south east turn" but talking about governance, records, antecedent and experience.

Peter Obi is not qualified at all and he can't be used as a 3rd force also, he recently admitted to the fact that he doesn't have different ideology with Atiku. If at all we want a 3rd force, it should be Adebayo of SDP, Sowore of AAC. Fresh blood

If you call Godfatherism and government by selection mentoring then Tinubu is a mentor. After all he has successfully mentored the likes of Buhari( architect of change and next level we are all enjoying), MC Oluomo and Tony Kabaka grin

In case you haven't figured it out... 2023 is not about Obi but about saying a massive NO to APC after 8 years of abject failure which even the staunchest supporter of BAT cannot deny that is why they are campaigning on Tinubu's achievements as a governor forgetting that he personally led the fight to entrench Buhari and one of his mentees Osinbajo upon us.

Haha Tinibu support groups know that they can't campaign with what Reno said bc Tinibu didn't do much as Lagos State governor. Obi out performed Tinibu. He can't use Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo Olu projects bc he will be busted.
